Artist Biography
William M. Boyer is a multi-medium artist of South Jersey. Working primarily through photography and metal sculpture with an occasional oil painting, Boyer continues to hone his ability as an artist and learn to work with new mediums. He has displayed his work at several events throughout the region. Recently, one of Boyer's images was purchased by the Noyes Museum and placed in the newly opened South Jersey Healthcare Cancer Pavilion, marking a milestone in his early career as a visual artist. Priding himself on being self-taught with no formal instruction in any artistic discipline, this artist strives to produce whimsical, yet well balanced works that are most often of very simple subject matter. Having not-yet defined a preferred style, Boyer’s plans for future works include large scale minimalism and abstract metal sculpture(s), various oil-paintings and a continuing body of photographic works. |
